Flu patients may get a runny or stuffy nose from time to time. However, in the case of coronavirus disease, this symptom is pretty rare.
Pain and aches
Body pain or aches is a pretty common symptom that indicates that one might have the flu. A patient of the coronavirus disease however only experiences pain sometimes. It is not a common symptom for coronavirus patients.
While diarrhea is not a common symptom of the flu, sometimes it can be experienced by the patients. Young flu patients, especially children are the ones who mostly suffer from diarrhea. In the case of the coronavirus disease however, this symptom is pretty rare.
Additional Coronavirus Symptoms
During the initial stage of the coronavirus disease, along with the symptoms mentioned above shortness of breath is a common symptom that coronavirus patients sometimes experience. As the disease progresses, along with these symptoms, serious conditions like kidney failure and pneumonia are also experienced by the patients.
The prevention of coronavirus and flu differs quite a lot too. Prevention of the coronavirus disease requires a ton of cautions. Comparatively, avoiding and curing flu is much easier. Vaccines work pretty well when it comes to preventing flu. Seeking medical treatment, taking adequate rest and drinking plenty of fluids can eventually prove to be the key measures to cure the flu.
