It is a race against time and there is little chance of beating the coronavirus without the vaccine but then will it be ready?
Scientists across the world are working around the clock to develop a vaccine of Covid-19 from China to the United States Germany and Britain. New technologies are helping speed things up. More than a hundred potential vaccines are in development. Some are ready at an advanced stage and are being tested on volunteers. The pace may be unprecedented but there’s still a long way to go in the battle against the outbreak.
Around the world, more than a hundred projects have been launched to develop a vaccine of covid-19 but it is still far from clear which candidate will succeed.
Vaccine of Covid-19 By Italy:

A team of Italian scientists has claimed it has discovered the world’s first vaccine of covid-19 in Italy that can neutralize coronavirus. Italian scientists at Rome’s Spallanzani Hospital have claimed that they are the first to neutralize the virus via a vaccine and that the initial results were “encouraging and beyond expectations”. They said after mice were injected the vaccines, they produced antibodies that could also block the virus from infecting humans. After experimenting with the five best candidates that produced antibodies, two of them were selected as final candidates. The scientists claim the vaccine candidates could also adapt to COVID-19 evolutions and even mutations.
This is for the first time that a coronavirus disease (COVID-19) candidate vaccine can neutralize the deadly virus in human cells, Luigi Aurisicchio, CEO of Takis, the firm developing the medication, told the country’s news agency ANSA. He added this was the most advanced stage of testing of a candidate vaccine and could begin human trials or tests for the vaccine of covid-19 in Italy after this summer.
Vaccine Of Coronavirus By Germany:

While a German company Bo intake was first to be approved for clinical trials. The 200 healthy volunteers taking part in the trial are receiving what is known as a gene-based vaccine. This type of vaccine introduces genetic material RNA from the pathogen into the body. The RNA tells the body cells to recreate a non-disease causing portion of the virus antigens. These antigens then spark the immune system into creating antibodies that fight against the real Covid 19. The biotechnology company cure vac based in South-western Germany is also working on the vaccine like this. Amazingly just one gram of their active ingredient could be used to create a million vaccine doses.
The scientists working on it say that this RNA technology will provide a very good and fast solution. The two companies were hoping to put their vaccine of covid-19 on the market this year but they will more likely need a year to a year and a half.

The Vaccine Of Coronavirus By The USA:

The US leading the chart with 209 active cases have studies going on to develop a vaccine as well. Pharma giant Pfizer has already injected the first experimental vaccine on patients in the US. A famous biopharmaceutical company Gilead has ramped-up activities to make virus treatment drug Remdesivir, which has been showing ‘very promising’ results in a crucial study in the US, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the US government’s top expert said. Regeneron, a leading biotechnology company has also said its ‘anti-body or vaccine of covid-19 will be out soon.
Vaccine Of Covid-19 By China:

The news about the vaccine of covid-19 in China is that a Chinese firm Sino vac is creating an inactivated vaccine. Using this more than a hundred-year-old method, the viruses are simply killed and introduced into the body. The danger here is that the immune system can overreact so much that it kills the person but experiments on mice and monkeys have shown that this vaccine can be a very successful and effective solution. It is now being tested on humans as well. The advantage of an inactivated vaccine of covid-19 is that it is extremely simple to produce and can be done in almost any country.
Vaccine Of Covid-19 By UK:

Covid-19 vaccine by Oxford university is becoming very trending news nowadays. A team at UK’s Oxford University is hoping to have a vaccine ready by September 2020. They have opted for a third method live vaccines with viral vectors. The method uses a different harmless virus as a vehicle. This vaccine of covid-19 genetically modified so that the surface imitates the typical structure of the coronavirus. It spikes when the virus disguised in this way is administered in the immune system form antibodies that would also fight the real Covid 19. Although no one knows if the UK’s active ingredient even works yet, a company in India has already started mass producing it. Vaccines Of Coronavirus In India:

In India, plasma therapy has recently become a boon for curing the patients of corona but plasma therapy is not an approved treatment for Covid-19 and is only one of the several therapies which are being explored currently, the Health Ministry said, adding that the therapy is still at an experimental stage and the Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) is currently studying its efficacy.
“ICMR has not given any clearance for its use as a prescribed treatment for Covid-19 and therefore the misuse can have a fatal outcome for the patients,” added the Ministry. The Health Ministry statement comes days after the Drug Controller-General of India gave its go-ahead to a proposal by the ICMR for the clinical trial of convalescent plasma therapy in Covid-19 patients as per the protocol developed by Indian Council for Medical Research.
The regulator had said the ICMR had submitted a list of institutes, which have shown an interest in the trial, to the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation and they may do so in consultation with the health research body.

At the daily press briefing, Health Ministry Joint Secretary Lav Agarwal said currently there are not any approved therapies for Covid-19 and there’s not enough evidence to say that plasma therapy can be used for the treatment of the disease. ICMR has launched a national-level study to study the efficacy of plasma therapy in the treatment of Covid-19.
“Till the ICMR concludes its study and a strong scientific proof is out there, plasma therapy should be used just for research or trial purpose. If plasma therapy isn’t used properly under proper guidelines, then it also can cause life-threatening complications,” he cautioned. Plasma treatment is completed by taking plasma from a cured Covid-19 patient to treat positive cases to effectively strengthen the system. The Ministry asked the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) last week to contact recovered Covid-19 patients to return forward for blood donation, from which convalescent plasma might be collected and used for transfusion to the Covid-19 affected patients for his or her early recovery.

“The IRCS may like to take up this at the earliest so that the blood collected from the recovered patients could be used for transfusion for the benefit of corona patients,’’ the Ministry said.
Several States across India have been using and advocating for the therapy with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directing officials to encourage the use of plasma therapy for the treatment of infected people and to extend testing capacity.
As many as 32 people that successfully recovered from COVID-19 in Telangana have come to the fore to donate their plasma for treatment of other patients within the State, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said.
In his letter to Telangana Health Minister Etela Rajender, Mr. Owaisi furnished the details of the recovered patients and expressed hope that their contribution would go a long way in the government’s efforts to treat coronavirus patients.
Delhi, Gujarat, and Maharashtra, among other States, have started clinical trials for plasma-based treatment.
In 2014 convalescent plasma, collected from patients who had recovered from the Ebola virus disease, was recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as an empirical treatment during the outbreak. During the H1N1 virus outbreak of 2009 and the SARS epidemic of 2003, plasma therapy was used to treat patients.
Approach By Bangladesh

According to the latest updates, Bangladesh doctors claim to have found drug combinations to treat COVID-19.
As the novel coronavirus continues to spread its fang across the globe, the medical experts, researchers, and scientists are working round the clock to develop potential drugs and vaccines to combat the highly infectious various. From HCQ to rediscover, there is a host of potential COVID-19 treatments that are being tested for their efficacy and safety as the world has joined hands to find a remedy for the highly infectious COVID19 disease.
The pandemic has already claimed more than 3 lakh lives across the globe and infected 4.7 million people. While the number of COVID-19 cases is bound to rise, there is a piece of good news shared by the Bangladeshi medical team which serves as a glimmering ray of hope. The Bangladeshi team led by a senior doctor exclaimed that they have found groundbreaking results in the treatment of severely ill COVID-19 patients with a combination of effective drugs.
The medicines used, as per a report by a news agency, the ‘near-miraculous’ results were reported with the usage of antiprotozoal medicine called Ivermectin which is a parasite killing drug, along with Doxycycline which is an antibiotic. The Bangladeshi doctors explained that the mixture of those two drugs gave great leads to patients with acute symptoms of the coronavirus disease. Both the drugs got to 60 patients admitted with respiratory problems who later tested positive for COVID-19.
The doctors further stated that each one the 60 patients recovered with the mixture of both the drugs during a time-frame of 4 days, which is astounding, to mention the smallest amount. It is important to notice medical researchers around the world are trying different combinations for the treatment of novel coronavirus including the HIV-drug combo (lopinavir and ritonavir) but there haven’t been enough studies conducted to know their efficacy.
Hope for a cure additionally, the Bangladeshi medical team was “hundred percent hopeful” about the effectiveness of the mixture of the drugs and added that these combinations were also used during the SARS epidemic. The number of positive coronavirus cases has touched 20,995 cases and claimed the lives of 314 people.

While the entire world is working its way to find a vaccine of covid-19, all we can do is stay home safely and wait for results with patience. Till then, social distancing is the only key to keeping the pandemic under control. Even though it’s tough, we need to keep hope alive and surely these nations will come out with the news everyone in this world is aspiring to hear.
